EMT training is:
Christ-centered, practical and experiential;
Appealing to all God's people;
Reaching to all nations and cultures;
Expressing God's grace, and the truth of His Word.

Our Biblical Mandate Equip God's people for works of service so that the whole body of Christ may be built up. (Ephesians 4:12)
In all we do we will strive to be:
1. Christ-centered
Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me. John 14:6. Therefore, everything we do will flow from prayerfully seeking and obeying
Jesus Christ.
2. Biblically Sound
But He replied, It has been written, Man shall not live and be upheld and sustained by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4. Therefore, the materials we create and everything we teach will be consistent with the Scriptures to the best of our abilities.
3. Transformed People
And Jesus increased in wisdom (in broad and full understanding) and in stature and years, and in favor with God and man. Luke 2:52. Therefore, we will follow His example by encouraging students, volunteers and staff to be transformed? Spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally

5. Good Stewards
so then, let us (apostles) be looked upon as ministering servants of Christ and stewards (trustees) of the mysteries (the secret purposes) of God. Moreover, it is (essentially) required of stewards that a man should be found faithful (proving himself worthy of trust). 1 Corinthians 4:1-2
